Order Information

Provide accurate checkout details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders may undergo availability, payment, and fraud-prevention checks.

If a material error or unavailable item affects an order, we will explain appropriate options rather than silently substituting a different configuration.

Product Information

Review dimensions, materials, capacity, included components, selected options, and intended use before ordering.

Kitchen photographs may contain props. A stainless-steel worktop does not mean every product is stainless steel. Images do not establish heat tolerance, appliance compatibility, or certifications.

Prices & Checkout

Processing & Delivery

Normal processing is 2–4 business days after verification, or up to 5 during busy periods. U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Processing is additional to transit. A planned event does not create a guaranteed arrival date. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery assistance.

Returns & Refunds

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us promptly. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Successful prefulfillment cancellations have no cancellation fee.

Product Use & Care

Use each tool for its stated purpose and follow supplied instructions. Handle blades and pointed parts carefully, use suitable work surfaces, and keep packaging and small components away from children.

Do not assume dishwasher, oven, microwave, sterilizer, or hot-liquid compatibility. Observe stated capacity and temperature limits.

Stop using an item if broken, unstable, or damaged. Do not modify components or use a tool beyond its stated purpose.

Promotions & Bulk Orders

Published offer conditions, expiry dates, and eligibility restrictions apply. Contact us before unusual bulk or resale arrangements.

A purchase does not authorize claims that you are our official distributor, agent, or professional kitchen partner.

Intellectual Property & Submissions

Protected store content requires authorization for commercial reuse. Customer submissions must be lawful and respect others’ rights.

Support evidence is not automatically authorized for advertising. Conceal unrelated private information in submitted images.

Operational Issues & Consumer Rights

We address order errors and disruptions reasonably. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General preparation demonstrations do not promise particular cooking results or performance beyond the product’s supported description.

Questions, Disputes & Updates

Contact customer care to seek resolution. Available legal remedies remain unaffected.

Revisions apply prospectively as permitted by law. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the remainder.
